How to Measure Your Feet

Getting the right fit starts with accurate measurements. Follow these steps at home:

  1. Trace your foot: Place a blank sheet of paper on a hard floor. Stand on it with your full weight and trace around your foot with a pen, holding the pen upright.
  2. Measure heel to toe: Using a ruler, measure the distance from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe. Record the length in centimeters (and inches, if you like).
  3. Measure in the afternoon: Feet naturally swell during the day, so measure in the afternoon or evening for the most accurate fit.
  4. Measure both feet: Most people have one foot slightly larger than the other. Use the measurement of the larger foot.
  5. Wear your usual socks: If you plan to wear socks with your JGP shoes, wear them while measuring.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size — especially since JGP shoes are designed with extra room for our supportive insoles.
