30-Day Comfort Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at jgpfootwearusa@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization before shipping items back

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.


Damages & Defects

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at jgpfootwearusa@gmail.com right away so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized footwear
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or style:

  1. Return your original purchase following our return process
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status via email.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping
  • Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
